APPLE MAGGOT TRAPS - Apple Maggot is a type of fruit fly that attack apples, blueberries, hawthorn, plums, pears and cherries.Fruits are attacked by flies that lay their eggs during late spring to early summer. Traps should be placed in mid-April, before apple fruiting, but can be placed at any time through the year. Leave traps out until harvest. Flies are attracted by the lures and come to a sticky demise on the juicy-looking apple sphere.

COCOA MULCH – This product has been washed to remove all the theobromine (a chocolate product that can make dogs sick).It is completely harmless to pets. It releases a natural gum product which binds the shells into a porous mat that holds moisture in the soil, suppresses weed growth, and repels slugs (it has trace elements of copper). Not good for walkways or shady areas. If it is keptwet, it will decompose quickly and create an unsightly mold. Cats HATE IT on their paws as well as Dogs–so they stay away.

DR EARTH 3-CONTROLS – 100% Natural Organic Botanical Fungicide Active Ingredients: Clove Oil 3%; Inert Ingredients: Soybean Oil, Glycerol, Potassium Bicarbonate, Lecithin. Combats fungal diseases such as downy mildew, powdery mildew, Phytophthora, leaf blotch, scab, anthracnose, rust, Botrytis, black spot, peach leaf curl and a wide range of other plant diseases. MITEX - An effective spider mite killer! Made from botanical extracts, Mite-X can be used on vegetables, fruit, nuts, vine crops, shrubs, herbs, ornamentals, evergreens, interior plants. Kills aphids and thrips, too.

NEEM OIL – a vegetable oil pressed from the fruits/seeds of Neem, an evergreen tree native to the Indian subcontinents. It is OMRI listed insecticide, miticide, fungicide Unique Features:•Broad spectrum insecticide/fungicide/ miticide Controls insects and mites including whitefly, aphid and scale Controls fungal diseases including black spot, rust, mildew and scab For indoor/outdoor use on ornamental plants, flowers, vegetables, trees, shrubs and fruit & nut crops.

ROSE DEFENSE- active ingredient NEEM OMRI LISTED

Rose DEFENSE II – same w/addition of pyrethrum , a questionable organic control because of it’s toxicity to fish and because it is so broad spectrum in effects all insects including beneficial…it causes immediate knock-down of flying insects. It is not OMRI listed or approved for organic gardening

SPINOSAD- is a relatively new insecticide that is made up of two complex organic compounds, spinosyn A and spinosyn D. These compounds are produced by certain microbes that were first discovered in soil found at an abandoned rum factory.Spinosad is a broad-spectrum, organic insecticide,it is toxic to most insects if ingested or if a treated surface is contacted while wet.If used carefully only insects that actually ingest (eat) something that has been treated, such as a leaf, are affected. This is different than a lot of other broad-spectrum insecticides that are toxic if the insect merely comes in contact with even the dry insecticide. You may eat the product the next day – great for veggie gardeners!
